Refund and Cancellation Policy

Booking Deposit and Payment

  • A booking deposit of 591 BAM (€300), including taxes and fees, is required to secure a booking. Payment can be made via direct bank deposit or credit card.

Security Deposit Refund

  • A security deposit is required for every caravan rental to ensure proper care of the caravan. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after the end of the rental period, contingent upon the following conditions:
  • Full payment of rental charges
  • Timely return of the caravan
  • Cleanliness of the caravan
  • Absence of damage
  • Proper condition of equipment
  • Waste-free toilet
  • Unused fire extinguisher
  • No major breaches of the Rental Contract

Rental Charges Payment

  • The remaining rental charges are due at least two weeks before caravan pick-up.

Cancellation and Refunds

  1. Full Refund
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled collection date will be refunded in full.
  1. Partial Refund
  • Cancellations made from 30 to 15 days before the scheduled collection date will result in a 50% refund of the amount paid.
  1. No Refund
  • Cancellations made within 14 days before the scheduled collection date will incur a total charge (no-show fee) and no refund will be issued.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed using the same method of payment used for the booking deposit.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
